Totally like whatever, you know?
I was reminded of how much I like this Taylor Mali poem when I saw it on Justin Taylor's blog today. It is a good reminder to not only believe what you say, but to say it like you believe it.

Oh yes, yes, yes! I caught my 7-yr old - yes - seven year old! this morning with that inflective tone at the end of his sentence as though his statement was a questions. When I pulled him up for it, he stared at me cluelessly, whilst the older three rolled their eyes, smirked at him, and warned: this is only the beginning, wee guy!
I may 'steal' this video for my own blog one day, if that's ok. I'll link back to you when I do.... is that ok?
